Preventive Dental Care

Routine dental care is easy to ignore, but can be one of the most important ways to take care of your overall health. You use your teeth almost constantly - to bite, chew, smile, and even speak! Many dental problems can be avoided by practicing regular preventive dental care . Regular exams, teeth cleanings, and x-rays are some of the more common procedures administered for preventive care, however, fluoride and sealants also fall under this category.

Your dental exam consists of a comprehensive evaluation of your head/neck, teeth, gums, and all other parts of the oral cavity. Dr. Kazi will check any failing dental work that may need to be addressed as well as for new problems that may be brewing. It is always best to find any problems while they are still in the early stages - this is when they are easier to fix, take less time, and most importantly, cost you less money. When left untreated (or waiting until it hurts), these problems can result in conditions requiring more extensive treatment and are harder on your wallet.

Regular dental care not only contributes to better oral health, but also overall well-being and increased self-confidence. Make your appointment today!
